We’ve been running Tijuana Tuesday every single week — fajitas, enchiladas, chimichangas, street tacos, Coronas, Dos Equis, Modelo, and margarita specials at 5pm — since before most people could find us on Google Maps. We didn’t build it for holidays. We built it because this neighborhood deserved it every week.

So when Cinco de Mayo falls on a Tuesday in 2026, we’re not surprised. We’re not scrambling. We’re just ready. A full night of made-from-scratch Cinco specials layered on top of our weekly Tijuana Tuesday, in the heart of West Saint Paul.
