Triple Triple is triple distilled and then matured in three separate casks: bourbon, sherry, and chestnut. Chestnut is the unusual one — very few whiskeys use it, and it’s what gives this pour its vanilla, chocolate, and toffee character. Smooth enough to drink neat, easy enough to mix.

The tasting runs during the Vikings game, so the TVs are on, the Pour Your Own Bloody Mary & Mimosa Bar is open until 2PM, and the kitchen’s running the full game day menu. Two full bars and 30+ TVs mean you’re not fighting for a spot to watch.
